Your adventure begins in Colombo, Sri Lanka’s vibrant capital. Upon arrival, our representative will greet you and take you to your hotel. After some rest, explore the bustling streets where colonial architecture meets modern skyscrapers. Visit Galle Face Green, Independence Square, and Pettah Market for souvenirs and spices. In the evening, enjoy a delicious Sri Lankan meal before settling in for the night.
After breakfast, enjoy a scenic drive to Kandy, a UNESCO World Heritage city. Stop at the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage to see rescued elephants in their natural habitat. In Kandy, visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, a revered Buddhist site. Take a stroll around Kandy Lake and explore the Royal Botanical Gardens. End your day with a lively Kandyan cultural dance performance.
Begin your day with a stunning train ride to Nuwara Eliya, passing misty hills and tea plantations. Often called “Little England,” this town features colonial-era bungalows and a cool climate. Visit a tea plantation and factory to learn about Ceylon tea. Explore Gregory Lake, Lover’s Leap Waterfall, and the Seetha Amman Temple, linked to the Ramayana epic.
After breakfast, travel to Bentota, a coastal town with golden beaches. Stop at the breathtaking Ramboda Waterfalls along the way. In Bentota, relax on the beach or take a boat safari along the Madu River. Visit a sea turtle conservation center to see baby turtles released into the ocean.
Spend your morning unwinding on Bentota Beach or trying water sports like jet skiing, snorkeling, and windsurfing. In the afternoon, take a short trip to Galle, a historic city with colonial charm. Visit the Dutch Fort, Maritime Museum, and scenic coastal viewpoints. Enjoy the breathtaking sunset before returning to Bentota.
On your final day, return to Colombo for some last-minute shopping or sightseeing. Depending on your flight schedule, visit the Dutch Hospital Shopping Precinct or explore local markets. Enjoy a cup of Ceylon tea at a cozy café before heading to the airport.
